Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- All tags, accessories, and included items must be present
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required
Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives:

- defective
- incorrect
- missing parts
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
We may request:
- photos of the product
- packaging photos
- proof of damage
RetroVault reserves the right to deny claims submitted outside the reporting timeframe.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products
- Used items
- Products damaged through misuse
- Opened hygiene or personal-use products (if applicable)
We also reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, color, or variation, please:
- Request a return for the original item
- Place a new order separately after the return is approved
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must still:
- be unused
- remain in original condition
- include original packaging and proof of purchase
Refund Process

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the wrong item was sent
- the item arrived damaged
- the item was defective upon arrival
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.
RetroVault is not responsible for lost or missing return packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase before processing begins.
Once an order has entered processing or shipping stages, cancellation may no longer be possible.

- weather conditions
